In today's video Titus is looking for a bull that got out of a farmer's pasture during the bad storms earlier this week, we're checking in on the garden, trying to pick some blackberries before the bears get them, and making the best Hot Dog Chili we've ever had! Smoky Mountain Hot Dog Chili Ingredients: Ingredients 1 ½ pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 can tomato paste 2 teaspoons chili powder salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tablespoon Tupelo honey, or any honey you like! 😁 ⅓ cup ketchup 1 cup water Directions: In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Add the onion and garlic. When the meat is no longer pink, drain excess fat. Add in tomato paste, chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, tomato sauce, honey and ketchup, stir. Add in water. Bring chili up to a boil then reduce to simmer. Cook for approximately 30 minutes sauce has thickened. Serve on hot dogs or burgers!
