Beyond Viability: Designing Cryopreservation Systems for Cell Therapy

The storage and transportation of cell therapies are oftentimes an afterthought. CaseBioscience focuses on preservation of cells for storage and transport, so cell therapy developers have a partner for this crucial aspect of the cell therapy workflow. We are providing alternative solutions for the cold-chain logistics including new clinical grade cryopreservation solutions and a hypothermic storage solution. Our approach is based on taking key learnings from R&D in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) to development next-gen solutions in biopreservation. We are squarely aimed at achieving long-term functional survival of cells while meeting or exceeding regulatory guidelines. At the moment we go above and beyond with our medical-device, ISO13485 accredited manufacturing. We offer different formulations depending on customers needs and are continuing to innovate and develop new solutions for preservation.
