The weather is getting warmer and warmer recently. Today I made a refreshing Coleslaw. In the market here we call this round Korean cabbage. They say it is better than the other types. I don’t know why it is called Korean cabbage. This round cabbage is very sweet with less tart tastes. It is really good as salads mixed with seasonings such as brown rice vinegar and roasted sesame seeds. 最近天气越来越暖和了，今天做了个清爽的卷心菜沙拉，这种圆圆的卷心菜很清甜，我们这边的菜市场大叔都叫这个为韩国包菜，说是比老品种更好吃，哈哈也不知道为什么都叫韩国包菜，在我看来应该就是水果甘蓝这个品种，涩味少很清甜，特别适合做沙拉，搭配糙米醋和烘焙芝麻等调味料当做开胃菜真的很棒！ Ingredients/材料: 水果甘蓝菜 350g Cabbage 胡萝卜 80g Carrot 千张 35g Shredded Tofu Skin 小米辣 2个 Two Tabasco Peppers 调味料/Seasonings： 淡盐酱油 1小匙 1Tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce 糙米醋 2小匙 2 Tsp Brown Rice Vinegar 赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Brown Sugar 香油 1大匙 1 Tsp Sesame Oil 海盐 适量 Sea Salt 熟芝麻 2大匙 2 Tbsp Cooked Sesame 花椒油 几滴 Few Drops Sichuan Peppercorn Oil Tips: 1. Be easy with seasonings, a few drops of Sichuan Peppercorn Oil will make this coleslow shining. 这个菜主打一个清爽，调味料不用放太重，主要调整一下酸甜比例，花椒油滴几滴会更出彩 2. Do not put too much soy sauce, otherwise the color of this coleslaw will look deep. 酱油不要放太多，否则成品颜色不好看 3.
