Japanese Dough Trick! No One Knows it! The rolls stay soft and fresh even after a Month!

In this video, I will show you how easy and quick it is to bake delicious rolls with jam in just 15 minutes. Thanks to a Japanese dough trick, the rolls can stay soft for almost a month. You will see how choux pastry is kneaded, how beautiful flower rolls are created, and how they become truly delicious with the addition of jam! 🔔 SUBSCRIBE @RezeptevonRoman 🌍 Turn on the subtitles! They work for you! Subscribe, like, and cook! Ingredients and recipe: Milk 200 ml (1 cup or 6.76 fl oz) 3 tbsp flour. 1. Mix until a smooth mixture forms. 2. Set to medium heat. 3. Let the dough rest for 2 - 2.5 minutes. 4. Stir constantly with a whisk. 5. Watch until the end; only a few know this Japanese secret. 6. The consistency should be thick and elastic. Butter 50 g (1.76 oz) 7. Stir. 8. Cover with plastic wrap as shown in the video and let cool. 9. To avoid the formation of a milk film. 10. Even after a month, the baked goods are still soft and delicious. Warm milk 200 ml (1 cup or 6.76 fl oz) Dry yeast 8 g (2 teaspoons) 8 tsp sugar. 11. Stir. Eggs 2 pieces. 12. Stir again. Dough weight 1211 g (42.7 oz) 21. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. 22. Roll them into a ball. 23. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10–15 minutes. 24. Do you have children or grandchildren? Do they help you cook? 25. Roll the dough to 10x35 cm. 26. Fill with the filling. 27. Roll into a tube and secure the edge. 28. Roll out a sausage about 45–50 cm long with your hands. 29. Fold as shown in the video. 30. It's really easy; you will definitely manage it. 31. Place on a baking sheet. 32. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough. 33. Cover with a towel and let rest for 25–30 minutes. 34. Look at this beauty! Very airy rolls! Egg yolk 1 piece. 1 tbsp milk. 35. Brush on. 36. Press jam into the center (I used strawberry). 37. Sprinkle with almonds. 38. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 24-26 minutes. 39. Wow! The pastry turned out very nice! 40. Let's brew some delicious tea! Apples 4 slices. Black hour with herbs. 41.
