बनारसी स्टाइल टमाटर चाट – झटपट और मज़ेदार-उत्तर भारत की खास स्ट्रीट फूड banaras ki famous tamatari chaat, varanasi special chat, tamatar wali chat, kulhad chaat recipe, #BanarasTamatarChaat #TomatoChaatRecipe #StreetFood Ingredients for Tomato Chaat Tomato - टमाटर - 4 (400 gms) Desi Ghee - घी - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch baton, finely chopped Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp Potato - आलू - 3, boiled (250 gms) Black Salt - काला नमक - 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder - अमचूर पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - गरम मसाला - 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - भुना जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala - चाट मसाला - 1 tsp Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस - 1/2 lemon Desi Ghee - घी - 2 tbsp For Sugar Syrup: Sugar - चीनी - 2 tbsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - भुना How to prepare Tomato Chaat? 1. Add 2 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 cup of water to a cooking vessel, and boil the water till the sugar dissolves. 2. Once the sugar dissolves completely, add 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin powder and 1/4 tsp of black salt. 3. Simmer the syrup for a minute or two and then keep it aside. 4. Chop 4 tomatoes and heat 1 tbsp of ghee in the Kadai. 5. Roast 1/2 tsp cumin seeds in the hot ghee. Add 1 inch finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped chilies, and roast briefly. 6. Add tomatoes, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, and mix well. 7. Add 1/2 tsp of salt to the tomatoes and cook covered over the low-medium flame for 3-4 minutes. 8. Mash the tomatoes, add 1/2 cup of water, and 3 boiled & crumbled potatoes to the pan. 9. Mix 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala to the tomatoes, and cook for a few minutes. 10. Add 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1-2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 lemon juice, and mix well. 11. To serve, take the chaat out in a bowl, add desi ghee, and 2-3 spoons of syrup. 12. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, namakpare, and coriander leaves over the chaat. 13.
