In this video, I’ll show you: ✅ How to remove the "smell" from mutton. ✅ The secret to getting a dark, rich gravy color (Bhunai technique). ✅ Pressure cooker timings for soft meat. 📝 Ingredients: 500g Mutton (Curry cut) 3 Onions (Sliced finely) 4-5 Tomatoes (Pureed) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste Whole Spices: Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Black pepper Powder Spices: 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Garam Masala/Meat Masala.
