1080p60: NS 12R At Charlotte, NC With NS

When I returned from Florence, SC after a rough weekend, I swung by Andrews Yard and spotted NS #1072 (The Illinois Terminal Heritage Unit) in Andrews Yard. I was on bereavement leave, so I decided to get up early on Monday morning and chase it on NS 12R. I got up and headed to Andrews Yard, but 12R was already gone, so the chase began. I followed the R-Line but saw no signs of 12R. After I passed Chester, I started picking up NS 12R passing over one of the Defect Detectors, so I made my way towards Rock Hill. Along the way, Bert (   / @edgemoorrailfan3608  ) kept me in the loop. When he let me know 12R was already passing Fort Mill, I made my way to Charlotte Junction. After 12R came into Charlotte, I stuck around to get another shot of them leaving Charlotte. After they left Charlotte, I attempted to get another shot and chased them up to Concord, but my attempt failed. After waiting a while, I called it quits and went back to Charlotte and did some railfanning with another friend. Enjoy!
