If I had not made in clear enough in the video; what we're doing is "squaring" the rear axle to the drivetrain. We do this by positioning the rear axle and confirming that it's measurements are equal on both sides. The exact measurement will vary from bike to bike but the important thing is that the measurements are the same. Once the axle is square you will need to check the belt for flex at 10 pounds of pressure. Some techs can do this simply by feel but the easiest way is to use a tool like the one shown in the Amazon.com link below. All belt drive H-D models should flex 1/4" - 5/16" or 6.35mm - 7.9mm at 10 pounds of pressure. To achieve proper belt tension once the axle is square, simply move the entire axle forward or rearward by adjusting the axle stops in unison until the belt is tensioned properly. It is a good idea to color at least one "flat" of the axle stop with a marker to help keep our adjustments even from one side to the other. I prefer to color every other "flat" for a total of three colored and three bare "flats". As always: thanks for watching. I hope this was both informative and entertaining.
