Ingredients (Makes 6 150g cookies) Note: Please use scale weights instead of cup measurements as they are much more accurate :) Dry ingredients: Flour (240g) Corn flour (8g) Salt (2.5g) Baking Soda (3g) Sugars: Brown Sugar (143g) White Sugar (58g) Wet ingredients: Egg (2) Vanilla Essence (1 tsp) Unsalted butter (140g) Dark Chocolate (225g) Steps: 1. Cream your butter and sugar. 2. Add your remaining wet ingredients one by one. 3. After well combined add your dry ingredients. 4. Mix well and then add your chocolate. 5. Refrigerate anywhere from 8-12 hours. 6. Pre heat oven to 180 c 7. Scoop out and roll into dough balls. 8. Bake for 14 minutes. 9. Take out and let chill for at least 10 minutes. 10. Enjoy with a nice glass of milk!
