Making Of Milk Mawa Barfi | Instant Barfi | मिल्क मावा बर्फ़ी : Ingredients For Milk Mawa Barfi : 2 Cups Milk Powder 1/2 Cup Ghee 1/2 Cup Water 1 Cup Sugar 1/4 Tsp Rose Essence Pistachios & Rose Petals For Garnishing Method Of Making Milk Mawa Barfi : 1. Combine milk powder and ghee thoroughly. 2. Grease the pan for barfi setting. 3. Heat a large pan on medium heat. Add water and sugar. 4. Cook until one string consistency and add reose essence. 5. Add prepared milk mixture and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture starts to leave the pan. 6. Turn off the heat and stir the mixture until lukewarm. 7. Transfer the mixture in the greased pan and spread smoothly. 8. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals. 9. Let it set for one hour and cut into squares. 10.
