In Ohio, we have generous state rules that allow us to work skill development with our players for much of the offseason as long as we only have 4 players in the gym at any given time. Because of that, we've developed a series of workouts to put our players through to take advantage of those rules. In this workout, it's all about getting up a volume of shooting reps.
