How to apply the Russell Chest Seal: 1. Remove the Russell Chest Seal from its packaging. 2. Carefully unfold the pre-folded chest seal. 3. Peel off the clear backing to expose the adhesive hydrogel base. 4. Position the centre of the gauze directly over the penetrating chest wound. 5. Firmly press down on one side of the chest seal to ensure proper adhesion. 6. While maintaining pressure on the applied side, press down the other side of the seal to prevent shifting. 7. Double-check that the chest seal is securely adhered on all sides. 8.
