This Targets run was recorded yesterday night. Really did not expect this one since I thought Phantom Striker was in the bottom 5. I think now that was too harsh. Definitely an interesting character if you can ignore some of his "interesting" properties. His melee strikes are okay. It has weird interactions with goo, depending on his strikes and position. His jump slash is average, giving him a quick way to get chains. Since this move does not activate quickly, the attack does not come out as you land before the attack starts. His ball lightning is inconsistent and risky (they drift and are lingering hitboxes). However, Phantom Striker has an active hitbox on himself that can be reverse knockback into goo targets (I did sometimes if I knew I was safe). His teleport is helpful and grants him invincibility from my gameplay. Keep in mind that his original teleport position has a hitbox upon teleporting and positioning it is difficult at times. I actually really like the teleport and it has a lot of potential for precision and repositioning. Sorry for disrespecting Phantom Striker for so long fans. He is still a character who basically dies on knockback, but I think he is definitely one of the best low tiers. Better than Shield Knight though.
