A renewed call to recognize its value and the now undeniable risks caused by emissions on meteorological phenomena, where water plays the leading role. È il fondatore dell’International Precipitation Working Group della World Meteorological Organization. Vincenzo Levizzani is an atmosphere physicist and climatologist. For over forty years, he has conducted research at the Institute of Atmospheric and Climate Sciences of the CNR in Bologna and has contributed to launching ESA and NASA satellites for real-time precipitation monitoring. He is the founder of the International Precipitation Working Group of the World Meteorological Organization.
