Hello NicNaccers!! I love having mushroom soup on my shelves. It is delicious warmed up and served with a sandwich. Or, use it as an alternative to store bought cream of mushroom. Just thickened with some cornstarch, heat, and use. It is delicious!! I've made this recipe numerous times. Tried it with leaving the mushrooms sliced and with pureeing them for more of a cream of mushroom feel. I prefer to leave them sliced. Presentation just is more appealing to me.
