This is a workout challenge to burn BACK FAT !!! Yes, you can lose those love handles and bra bulge with exercise ♡ It's important to stay consistent and perform this workout 3 - 4 times a week for at least 1 month! Take a picture before you start the challenge and a month later to track your progress and results! For this workout you don't need any equipment and these exercises will effectively work on your love handles and bra bulge. This back fat burn workout is beginner friendly, feel free to take little breaks if needed and do your best. If you want to add more intensity, you can always use 2 lbs dumbbells and ankle weights (this is optional). Remember that a good diet is essential to really get those results that you want. Especially if you want to get rid of back fat and area such as the love handles and bra bulge. Being on a caloric deficit is what will make you lose weight and fat!
