KETO TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE | 生酮提拉米蘇蛋糕 ☕😋☕ Ingredients: 4 Egg yolk 1 tsp Vanilla extract 45ml Almond milk 45ml Avocado oil (or any oil of your choice) 75g Blanched almond flour 1/2 tsp Baking powder 4 Egg white 1 tsp Lemon juice 50g Granulated erythritol 250g Mascarpone cheese 240g Heavy whipping cream 1 tsp Rum extract (optional, or any other liquor of your choice) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 3 egg yolk 45g Powdered erythritol 80ml black coffee - cooled down 1 tsp rum extract (optional, or any other liquor of your choice) 2 tbsp Cocoa powder TIPS: Compare to normal ladies finger, Keto biscuits are harder to hold shape when it comes to tiramisu as it tends to absorb more liquid becomes very soggy. So I used this cake recipe instead it is light and fluffy but only absorb reasonable amount liquid from the coffee brush and cream layer which make the texture tastes more like the real ones.
