Soft & Crispy Rava Snack Recipe Aaj hum bana rahe hain Soft & Crispy Suji Balls – ek bahut hi tasty, light aur healthy snack jo breakfast, tiffin ya evening chai ke saath perfect lagta hai! Suji se bane yeh balls bahut hi soft inside aur crispy outside hote hain, aur sabse acchi baat steamed + lightly tossed… super healthy! 😍 ⭐ Benefits of Suji Balls ✔️ Light on stomach & easy to digest ✔️ steaming method – perfect for weight watchers ✔️ Veggies & spices add nutrition + taste ✔️ Kids & adults both love it ✔️ Perfect for lunchbox, evening snack or party starters 🥣 Ingredients Suji/Semolina – 1 cup Water – 2.5 glasses Green chillies – 2 (chopped) Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp Grated ginger – ½ inch Salt – ½ tsp Jeera – ¼ tsp Oil – as needed For tadka: Oil – ½ tbsp Jeera – ½ tsp Rai – ¼ tsp Hing – 3 pinches Curry leaves – few Til (sesame seeds) – 1 tsp Green chillies – 2 (round thin slices) Chilli flakes – little Grated carrot – 1 cup For garnish: Chopped coriander Kismish Dessicated coconut 👩🍳 Method – Step-by-Step 1. Dry roast suji for 2 minutes and keep aside. 2. In a kadhai, heat 2.5 glasses water. Add green chillies, chilli flakes, ginger, salt and jeera. 3. When water starts boiling, add roasted suji and stir continuously till it forms a thick dough. 4. Let the dough cool completely. 5. Apply a little oil on hands and shape small suji balls. 6. Steam the prepared balls for 5 minutes. 7. For tempering, heat oil and add jeera, rai, hing, curry leaves, til, green chillies, and a little chilli flakes. 8. Add grated carrot and sauté. 9. Now add steamed suji balls and toss for 2 minutes until they turn crispy. 10. Garnish with coriander, kismish and dessicated coconut. 11.
