Ravioli hamuru için; 300 gr un 3 yumurta 1 1/2 çorba kaşığı yağ tuz İç malzemeler için: 200 gr ricotta peyniri ya da lor peyniri 70 gr parmesan peyniri 75 gr guoda peyniri 120 gr cheddar peyniri 1 çorba kaşığı süt karabiber Sos için : 200 ml krema 2 çorba kaşığı pesto sos 2 çorba kaşığı ricotta peyniri tuz & karabiber The famous italian pasta ravioli... we prepared to ravioli this time and found superb tasty tasty recipe. Place the eggs, oil and saltin the center and mix. Knead by hand until all the ingredients are well combined and the dough is smooth and elastic. About ten minutes. Wrap the dough in plastic and rest room temperature for at least an hour. In large bowl combine all cheese, milk and pappers. Cut off pieces of dough about a size of an egg and roll the each dough into sheets about 1/8 inch thick. Lay the first pasta on a table . Spoons mounds of the filling, about 2 tsp each, into half of the wet side of the dough. Fold the dry half of the sheet over lengthwise to cover filling. Press the pasta sheets together to seal the edges around the filling and press out any excess air. Use a pastry knife or cutter to cut individuval ravioli.as you cut out the ravioli, place them on a plate or baking sheet sprinkled with flour to keep them from sticking. In a large pan of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli all at once and stir about 6-7 minutes. Drain the ravioli thoughly and serve with a creamy sauce. Creamy sauce: In a wok pan add the cream, pesto sauce, ricotta filling and salt & pepper. After all these stuff mix well add the ravioli and simmer 2-3 minutes too. Enjoy your meal.
