So I'm back to 3-D cookies this week with part one of a two-part series about how to make contoured mosaic cookie boxes! (What for? For filling with more cookies and eating - what else?!) Ever since seeing all the gorgeous mosaics on the buildings of Barcelona last year, I've been meaning to apply mosaics to cookies. So this is my take, amped up with super bold colors per your recent requests! Heads up: Lots of mosaic piecework can be time consuming, so if you're just starting out, consider doing a small area on a flat cookie before going all out with this project.
