This is a long baking time, but this is a moist dense cake. Do not take your cake out before a toothpick comes out clean. I would not cut this cake until it fully cools to ensure the best texture. I waited overnight to cut mine, but i know ya'll ain't gonna do that! hahah 3 hours is also fine. Note: I think using a scale makes it much easier to get the flour correct, but if you dont want to you one you can use the "shift and scoop" method for your flour.
