Hey good afternoon my fellow Idiots! Welcome back for another episode of Idiot Proof Cooking. Today we're making a grasshopper pie, which is essentially a mint oreo pie...imagine a mint oreo but in pie form...thats what this is! Mint Oreo is seriously one of my favourite flavour combinations of all time. When Dairy Queen used to have the mint oreo blizzard, it was the only thing I would buy there...now they only do it on special occasions..what nonsense. Anyways, back to grasshopper pie- this is seriously easy to make and pretty much no bake...I mean, you have to bake the pie crust, but the filling you don't bake...so like I said, easy!
