Today's video is full body strength and balance training for skiing! It is a ski strength and conditioning workout, focusing on building full body strength, especially throughout the legs, core, and feet. We do some variable resistance training with the trap bar for squats, working on holding the bottom position (isometrics) and exploding through the top range of motion. This is a very ski specific workout, so it'll help you so much getting ready for the snow season and work on injury prevention for skiing! I also have some plyometrics for skiing in there too, going through the landing phase and learning how to absorb force properly. I hope you guys enjoy!
