This 60-minute online group fitness class is designed to help you disconnect from the noise of the day and reconnect with your body through intentional movement, strength, and breath. We begin by shifting awareness away from emails, work, family, kids, and constant tech stimulation—and back into yourself for this one focused hour. 🔹 Class Structure Mobility & Movement Prep: Bikram + Vinyasa-inspired yoga postures Field-sport mobility to improve flexibility, joint health, and readiness. Strength & Conditioning: 2 rounds of high-rep, full-body circuits Designed to push cardiovascular output into Zone 4–5 Focus on strength, stamina, and athletic resilience.
