I decided to make a 3 week minicut in order to lose all that fat and I wanted to share with you, in details exactly how I did it. Loosing body fat can be a painful and dissapointing experience. In this post summer minicut I reduced my calories and increased my activity level to a point in which my body started losing fat but I managed to maintan all my muscle mass, which is a crutial point.
