Hello and welcome to my channel. This weeks video is my 3rd video of 12 to try to lose weight and get healthier in 2026. I started my weight loss journey in 2024 when I found out I was pre-diabetic. I lost 4 stone that year and reversed my pre-diabetes. In 2025 I lost a further 2 stone, but nearly put that all back on again after my Father died. I am now around 4 1/2 stone lighter than my heaviest weight, but still have more to lose, as well as hopefully introduce exercise at some point and get a lot healthier. This weeks steps are as follows: Monday - 11,170 Tuesday - 12,952 Wednesday - 11,357 Thursday - 11,771 Friday - 12,500 Saturday - 11,758 Sunday - 14,815 With an average of 12,332 steps per day.
