As we approach the Christmas period it is common for many of us at this time of year to do a charity yoga class or be asked to participate in a charity event, offering our services for free. Of course, the reasons why we would say yes to any charity work is because we feel passionate about the cause and want to use our skills to support the charity. But nothing feels better than making a difference. Nothing feels better than knowing that you’ve helped someone. Not to mention charity classes and events are wonderful ways to bring your current community together and meet new people. Simply put a charity class is a great piece of marketing, and is one reason, not the main one, but one reason to say yes to this work.
