Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda Ingredients: Big Mirchi – 300 gm Besan – 1 Cup Corn Starch – ¼ Cup Salt to taste Stuffing: Cheese Cube Grated – 2 Cube Paneer Grated – 100 gm Boil Potato Grated (Big Size) – 1 No Amul Cheese Blend – 50 gm Coriander Leaves Chopped – 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp Salt - Pinch Chaat Masala -1/4 tsp Oregano – ½ tsp Pizza Seasoning – 1 tsp Method: Take Big Chilli, cut into half and Remove Seeds. Take a Bowl and add Besan, Corn Flour, Salt to taste then add Water, Whisk 2-3 Min Properly, Keep aside for 10 minutes. Stuffing: Add Everything Grated above ingredients then add Coriander Leaves Chopped, Chopped Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Salt to taste, Chaat Masala, Oregano, Pizza Seasoning, Mix Properly and stuff in Michi, Deep into Besan Batter, Coat with Bread Crumb and Keep aside . Keep in Fridge for 1 hour and Fry into Medium Flame till Golden.
