I only had quicktime to edit so I'll write a quick step by step here + links to my sharpening and topaz actions Import (don't select limit to every 2 frames!) - choose frames - crop - resize (add 2 to the size, so 177 - 179, 268 - 270, 540 - 542) - contract by 1 and crop (I just do this to get rid of the lighter squares that appear when you resize by 'bicubic (smooth gradients)'. You can also just duplicate the group at the end which gets rid of it but eh, I prefer this way lol) Select all frames and layers (make sure you have the first frame selected) - convert to video timeline Filter - convert for smart filters - sharpen - flatten - convert frames/make frames from clips/convert frames/convert to frame animation Convert to video timeline - topaz - flatten (this will take a while!) + same steps as above Group layers (you don't have to I just like to keep them organised) - add psd or colour it how you like - select all frames and choose frame delay time (I usually go with 0.04, 0.05 or 0.06 but it depends on the video and how fast you want it) Export and choose diffusion and diffusion transparency dither, everything else should be okay but check the video if you need to Make sure it's 3MB or less and you're done!
