Then tomato puree and all spices mix then cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After this all vegetables mix and crushed. After this in a chopper add green chilies, green coriander, kasoori fenugreek and butter add and roast well. When oil and spices separate then add julienne cut ginger and serve. Chicken Madrasi Curry : Ingredients: Boneless chicken cube 1 cup Capsicum cube ½ cup Oil ¼ cup Onion chopped 1 Garlic julienne 1 tbsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Whole red chili 4 - 6 Turmeric powder ½ tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt as required Water as required Coconut milk powder 1 tbsp Cream ¼ cup Fresh coriander for garnish Method: In a pan heat oil and fry onion. Then add mustard seeds and whole red chili then add some water and roast .now add chicken and then roast .after this add spice and cook till than chicken tender and add water .finally add cream and capsicum and cook when spices and oil separate then add green coriander and serve . Hazelnut paratha: Ingredients: Flour 500 gm Salt 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Clarified butter 1 tbsp Semolina 1 tbsp Clarified butter for frying Hazelnut spread as required Method: In a mixing bowl all ingredients mix and knead well. After this make ball and roll out. Now spread the clarified butter and roll. Then rolling from both sides and roast. Finally spread the hazelnut spread and serve.
