This asmr wood turning video shows how to go from a log to a dyed and gold leafed piece. wood work and woodturning is a wonderful way to make beautiful pieces which I hope you will enjoy. the wood used in this video is green and so I had to leave it a few days between when I finished turning and sanding so you can see how the wood oxidized. I had to sand it back to a clean state before dyeing it. I am a woodturner working on the West coast of Ireland. I use wood that I salvage or find or that get blown down in storms, of which we have a lot of. I try to find ways to show the best of each piece of wood that I get.
