Welcome to this 30 minute minimal cues yoga flow with a physical focus on opening your hips & shoulders and cultivating steady focus and clarity. With fewer words (less alignment cues), there is more space to feel, observe and refine your attention and your own unique alignment. Practice some longer holds, balancing postures, moments of stillness and flow in this compact 30 minute practice. Ideal for established practitioners who enjoy a more introspective practice and are familiar with postures. If you like practising with props, you may wish to have a folded blanket and a block.
