This is the 23rd video I'm doing in the series on High School Wrestling rules. This video covers the Performance & Evaluation standards . This video is a great reference for new referee's on how to step your game up on the mats. Knowing what you are being graded on will (should), by default, make you a better referee. My guide is the 2019/2020 NFHS (National Federation of High Schools) Wrestling Rules Book & Case Manual. I am a Level 3 KHSAA (Kentucky High School Athletic Association) wrestling referee.
