The Puffin Bus connects the Ferries in Rathlin Island Terminal to the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) site located at the West Lighthouse. The West Lighthouse is run by Irish Lights which is the Commissioners of Irish Lights. The Mercedes-Benz Vario (model designation BM667/668/670) is a full-size commercial heavy van and medium duty truck manufactured by Mercedes-Benz between 1996 and 2013. The Bus is a Diesel Minibus. The Rathlin Island Ferry runs from Ballycastle to Rathlin. Rathlin Island and Ballycastle are in Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council in the historic County Antrim in Northern Ireland. This part of Ulster is very close to Scotland. The Bus goes passing St Thomas Church, Parish Church in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Connor. The bus passes the Roman Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception. The bus heads westwards towards the West Lighthouse. The Bus on Rathlin Island is a privately operated bus service that runs between Church Bay (where the ferry arrives) and the Seabird Centre. The front of the bus has Donnelly's and the side Nelly's.
