Bibbulmun Track | Days 40-42 | The end, welcome to Albany

Here is the fourteenth video of a series of our journey on the Bibbulmun Track in Australia with our 9 months old baby Romy. On Day 40 we hike 20km in the rain and high wind to Cozy Corner Campsite. We manage to get our tent dry at lunch time. Just in time before the rain come again. Beautiful rainbow over the ocean to finish the day! On Day 41 we hike 22km to Sandpatch shelter. What a day! We started with a beautiful rainbow at our campsite. Then we hike in the beach for the last time before crossing Torbay Inlet. It wasn’t too difficult, only water up to our knees. Then we went up to the ridge and hiked in the windmills farm to reach the last shelter on trail. Day 42 is our last day on trail!! We hiked 12km from the last shelter to Albany, the terminus of our journey 🙌 What a great adventure! It’s gonna take some time for us to adapt back to civilisation but we feel really lucky to have been able to achieve the trail.
