First class on a loco-hauled regional train | V/Line Melbourne to Warrnambool

Find out what it's like to travel on one of Australia's few remaining loco-hauled regional trains in first class. V/Line still operates loco-hauled diesels on its long distance services, although their days are numbered, with these trains eventually being replaced by more modern diesel multiple units (DMUs), the VLocity. In this video, I compare the first class and economy class seats to help you decide whether it's worth paying the premium for first class. I'll show you the features onboard the train, and show you the beautiful scenery along the way. Travelling between Melbourne Southern Cross and Warrnambool four times a day on weekdays, V/Line is a great value, relaxing way to travel to the end of the Great Ocean Road.
