Here's a quick recap video of Randall taking us through the process of printing one of Live Fit. Apparels best selling design (Athletic Goods) in a 4 color camouflage color way... There's a lot to it when it comes to silk screening or making a graphic shirt come to life, steps are often overlooked but here Randall explains briefly the steps that usually aren't considered from creating and burning the screens, to choosing and mixing colors to create specific palettes, printing the neck tags, drying the ink, inspection, folding, bagging and tagging the barcodes.... all to prep to be received into Live Fit's inventory management system where it then is ready to be allocated across the market. A fun fact many don't know about Randall is that he's been in the silk screening game since the age of 15 alongside his buddy Mark Atkins (Rusty Butcher). They use to run a silk screening company out of Marks garage; burning their own screens with light boxes they've built themselves to mass producing on a manual 8 color press. Throughout the years as business brought him back around from a trainer back to the printing world, he'd always dabble himself back to the latest in silk screening, printing and manufacturing. Fast forward now, having run and grown LVFT. to such a large global scale for more than a decade and multiple other brands he is now helping other companies and brand scale their merchandise using his print shop, expertise, connects and resources with his very experienced team.
