INGREDIENTS for the Recipe 300g minced pork / meat 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp mushroom granules 1/2 tsp light soy sauce A bit of pepper A bit of sesame oil 1 tbsp of cornflour 2 tubes of Japanese egg tofu For the sauce 50 ml water 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp of cornflour 1 tsp sugar A drizzle of dark soy sauce for color 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp goji berries ( washed & soaked for 5 mins ) For the method please watch the video.
