This quest is easy to complete and offers some valuable Crafting XP as a reward. Its also plays homage to the scream franchise, in classic OSRS style! This video is a full gameplay guide to the F2P OSRS quest MISTHALIN MYSTERY, made for F2P Ironmen. MISTHALIN MYSTERY is a comedic murder mystery quest, paying homage to the horror franchise, Scream. Any type of account, not just OSRS ironmen can follow this guide. The MISTHANLIN MYSTERY quest is a clear homage to the horror classic 'Scream', the killer even asks "What's your favourite scary quest?" at one point. You can start the quest by speaking to Abigale in south Lumbridge. She will ask you to investigate an attacker/killer who is harassing a local island. Once there, you make your way through the mansion. Each time you encounter one of the inhabitants the killer appears (usually from a cupboard) and brutal murders them, leaving you a riddle to solve.
