Let's take a closer look at the air compressor (ANR for the electronic air suspension (EAS). Is it salvageable or is it time to just get a new one? You'll need a 25 Torx bit, 8 mm socket and a 3.5 Allen key to take it completely apart. Air Compressor rebuild guide (X8R Ltd): • Range Rover P38 Eas Air Suspension Compres... I'll further investigate the needed parts to refurbish my valve block since we found that white powdery stuff from the air dryer in the exhaust and lines. Is the diaphragm ok? And what is the state of the o-rings? They were all replaced about one year ago along with a complete compressor overhaul. A 10 Allen bit, # 2 Philips bit and a flat head bit is required to take it all apart. Note! When working on the valve block take extreme meticulous care and make sure everything goes back exactly as it was. Take pictures, lots of pictures! And use extreme care working on the solenoids as they are fragile and don't like dust or debris. Keep it all clean. X8R Valve Block Repair Guide: http://x8r-instructions.co.uk/Range-R... I plan to take it all apart and use shop pressure air to clean the valve block itself. Finally a look at the air dryer itself. What is causing that white powder? And do you need to replace the dryer or can you just replace the internals? Air Compressor: ANR3731 Dryer: NTC9812 Valve block Driver Pack (electricals): ANR3900 Valve block (mechanical and solenoids): ANR3901 Valve block pressure switch: ANR3902 Valve block solenoid: STC2761 (note there are 3 different ones) Valve block exhaust silencer: STC2762 6mm O-rings STC2766 (both on valve block and airbags) 8mm O-rings STC2768 Air lines from valve block to airbags are 6mm OD (outer diameter) and 4mm ID (inner diameter).
