For the Dipping Sauce: 20g Butter 3 Tablespoons of Flour 30g Mozzarella Cheese 0.5 Litre Milk 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper IMPORTANT TIPS & TRICKS 1. Coating is Key: Before frying the potatoes, as demonstrated in the video, you must completely coat and shape them in the flour mixture.
