Eggless Checkerboard cookies 35-40 Pieces . Ingredients 120 g Unsalted Butter 60g Caster sugar 1 Tsp Vanilla extract 130 g Wheat Flour 30g Corn Flour 20g Milk Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 6g Cocoa powder 1/4Tsp Cocoa Emalco . Instructions 1. Add flour, corn flour, salt & milk powder in a bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside. 2. Cream the butter and sugar until it becomes a white creamish colour. 3. Add vanilla paste to the mixture and whisk to combine. 4. Gradually sift in wheat flour, corn flour, salt & milk powder into the mixture. Fold to combine. 5. When all is combined, divide half the dough. 6. Take one of dough and add cocoa powder and cocoa emalco. Knead well. Wrap both of the dough with cling wrap and shape the dough into log square and let place it in the freezer for 15 minutes. 7. Take out the dough. Gently devide and slice it into three. Put the slices interchangeably. Then wrap it with cling wrap and place it in freezer for 15 minutes. 8. Take out the dough again, slice it into three (refer to video). Then put the slices interchangeably again. Wrap it with cling warp and place it in freezer for 15 minutes. 9. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with a baking sheet. Take out the cookie dough from the fridge. 10. Slice it about 1cm thick and place on the baking tray. Bake them for 20-25 minutes. 11. Remove baking tray from the oven and let the cookie cool on a cooling rack
