Crunchy Sea Salt Chocolate chips cookies . Ingredients 150g Butter 160g Brown sugar 60g Castor sugar 1/4 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Vanilla Paste 20g Malted Milk powder 1 Egg 270g Wheat Flour 1/2 Tsp Baking soda 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder 180g Dark Chocolate Chips Couverture Sea Salt Flakes as needed . Instructions 1. Whisk butter, brown sugar & sugar together in a bowl. Whisk until become light in colour & fluffy. 2. After that, add in egg & vanilla extract. Whisk until it completely combine. Then add in the malted milk powder. Fold until just combine. 3. Stir flour, salt, baking soda & baking powder together. Then pour half into the batter. Mix to combine, then add the other half and the chocolate chips. Mix until just combine. Don't over mix. 4. Cover the dough with plastick wrap & let it rest in the fridge for atleast 48 hours. 5. After 48 hours, take out from the fridge & scoop it into the baking tray using 1/2 tsp spoon. Bake it in preheated oven (160C) for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Once golden brown, take out from the oven. Sprinkle sea salt flakes as needed. Let it rest on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transfer it to wire rack to cool down completely.
