Bodycam DUI Arrest - 25-Year-Old Woman is Drunk Beyond Belief

On January 19, 2024, a vehicle with a dash camera captured the erratic driving of a 25-year-old female motorist. The occupants of the vehicle with the dash camera called police to report what they believed to be a drunk driver. The woman hit another vehicle and drove up on the curb several times. She was finally stopped and interviewed by officers from the Las Cruces Police Department. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, but her level of intoxication prevented her some completing a single one. She was arrested for DUI and was transported to the police station, where she attempted to complete a breath test, but was unable to provide a sufficient amount of breath.
