This month’s challenge focuses on golden hour lighting — warm colour palettes, glowing highlights, and soft shadows that add atmosphere and emotion to your art. It’s perfect for illustration, sketchbook work, and mixed-media drawing. I’ll be creating a piece using the Stabilo BOSS Nature Colour highlighters, Pentel Pointliner pens, and the Faber-Castell Jumbo pencil, experimenting with layering, line work, texture, and contrast on the A5 mixed media paper to capture that warmth these colours have to offer.
