Since Breville (Aka Sage) has acquired Chesfteps, I decided to make my all time favourite recipe which uses both their products. This is an adaption of the Chefsteps chicken liver pate recipe (Link Below) and it is easily my favourite chefsteps recipe. Until now, removing the air from the blended mix was a proper pain but using the new Vac Q attachment it has changed everything, this will now become a regular recipe as opposed to something to be made about twice a year.
