One facility is located in Cranston, Rhode Island and the other facility is located in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Both facilities are dedicated to helping people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome achieve a higher quality of life. What you need to do is call either one of our facilities and ask the receptionist what you need in order to become a patient at our facility. They will explain to you that you need a doctor’s referral for physical therapy. They will also take down your insurance information and call your insurance company to confirm your benefits. Once you get the referral from your doctor for physical therapy, we will schedule you for an hour and a half comprehensive evaluation and follow-up appointments two times a week until you feel better. This option allows myself as well as my staff and to monitor your progress through the entire treatment process. We will walk you through our entire Muldowney Physical Therapy protocol as well as contact any healthcare professionals who need to address your other health care issues. This option allows both myself and my staff to be there during your entire journey.
