Day 3 of our challenge focuses on the Back, using deep, 5-minute holds to release tension along the entire spine. From the forward fold of Dangling to the heart-opening Supported Fish, this class is a reset for your posture. What to Expect: This 25-minute practice is slightly longer to ensure we fully release the back in all directions. We move through flexion, extension, and rotation to wring out stiffness. This 5-minute hold yin yoga sequence is designed to target the muscles in your back, providing a sense of relaxation and stress relief after a long day at work. Practicing yoga at home has never been easier, and this video is perfect for those looking to unwind after work with some relaxing yoga. Our yin yoga class will guide you through a series of long hold poses, helping to increase your flexibility and range of motion, while also improving your overall back health. By incorporating yin yoga into your daily routine, you can expect to see improvements in your flexibility training, as well as a reduction in stress and tension.
