Hello guys! Here's the simple way of making soft and moist banana bread with walnuts and raisins. INGREDIENTS: 2 over ripe bananas 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour(187 g) 2/3 cup white sugar(130 g) 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg 1/2 cup whole milk(120 g) 1/4 cup melted butter(113 g) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup chopped walnuts(30 g) 1/4 cup seedless raisins(35 g) PROCEDURES Preheat the oven at 350 F/175 C In a medium bowl, mash over ripe bananas, set aside. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Sift all purpose flour. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt, then mix. In another large bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Whisk the egg, then add whole milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until combined. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients then mix well. Add mashed bananas, walnuts and raisins. Gently fold them into the batter. Grease the baking pan (12 x 20 cm) with oil or butter. Line with parchment paper (optional) Pour the mixture, tap gently. Bake at 350 F/175 C for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Insert toothpick at the center and when it comes out clean, it's ready. Serve warm or cold. ENJOY! Enjoy watching and happy cooking!
