Jesus watched him walk away, Heavy heart that chose to stay Bound to riches he could not release, Trading freedom and peace. “How hard it is for wealth to reign And still let heaven’s hope remain. A camel through a needle’s eye Seems easier than pride passing by.” Those who heard began to say, “Then who can find salvation’s way?” And Jesus spoke hope shining through, “What man cannot do, God can do.” So leave behind what holds you tight, Step by faith into the light.
